Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Orbit account and all associated data, please follow the steps below. This process is irreversible.

Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, ride history, and saved preferences. This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account via the App

1 Open the Profile Section

Open the Orbit app and tap on the menu icon (top left) or your profile picture to access the side menu.

2 Go to Settings

Scroll down and tap on "Settings" or "Edit Profile".

3 Select "Delete Account"

Find the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the screen. Tap it to proceed.

4 Confirm Deletion

You will be asked to confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for immediate deletion.

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team:

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process manual requests.
